When you send an inquiry, we use your name, business name, email and message to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include confidential customer records or sensitive personal information.
Inquiry delivery
Our website sends your inquiry through FormSubmit to our business email. FormSubmit retains a submission archive for 30 days. Our email provider is Google Workspace. We retain correspondence for responding to your inquiry and managing any resulting business relationship.
Website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and inquiry actions. We do not send your form contents or email address to Analytics. A successful submission event means the delivery service accepted the inquiry; it does not confirm that a person has read it. You can change your analytics preference in the footer.
Questions or requests
Email creator@themeliosdigital.com to ask about your information or request deletion of inquiry correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
